We were offered a room upstairs and was not told you didn't have elevators when I booked. My 85 year old mom has a walker and wheelchair she could not get up those stairs after we drove 40 minout of our way to get there. I have NEVER heard of a hotel not having an elevator. You all would not give us a lower room. The hotel receptionist told us we could get our money back if we notified you that night and I did. Apparently I'm being told I am not getting my money back. We had to go across the street to the Ramada Inn and rented a downstairs room. They were instantly very accommodating. They also were truthful and not liars like your receptionist.
This was a horrible unforgivable evening.
Ramada Inn will have my business from now on.

Check in and out was easy and quick. Breakfast had lots of options and was kept full and clean. The room was clean comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly, polite, and ready to help. Great place for pet friendly stay. Most people were traveling families or people on business travel. Location is right by a Waffle House with restaurants and groceries close by.

Very clean, it was pet friendly breakfast was good staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay any time we are traveling this area. We have booked a room for ate way back home. Will tell are friends that travel with pets to stay at your hotel if they pass by this area.

Traveling home from Florida and needed a place to stop. Stopped and they had room available. Room was very nice. Bathroom clean, water hot and shower had very good pressure. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Quiet. No carpet in room, love it! Fridge with small freezer, microwave and room coffee pot. Very nice hot breakfast in lobby. Would stay again!

Just a wonderful sleep so many amenities, hostess polite,very clean rooms. I really enjoy staying here there breakfast bar is pretty good too exercise room, swimming pool close to interstate 77/40 nice area this has truly been a nice stay.

Pleasant room in a pet friendly motel. It appeared to have been recently remodeled. Nice welcome both at the front desk and in the breakfast area where Beth was friendly and kept the items refreshed. I was happy to be able to park near the room so unloading the car was easy. Although the motel lot was quite full in the morning, it was a very quiet stay.

Akia was very helpful before and during our stay. The hotel was very nice. Our room was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The wi-fi was great, had a very good signal. Breakfast was good. The regular best western fare, but hot and fresh.
