The accommodations were clean and the staff was helpful.
I don't quite understand why there is a $50 charge at check in. No one told us this ahead of time; and there was no one at the desk when we left to ask. We have stayed at this hotel for the last four years and never had to do this, nor is there any indication of it on the website at booking.

Dirty, ripped sheets with body hair, no food available in the vicinity, just a truck stop; not worth price advertised and paid - charge your card instead of hold for damages, awful business practice DO NOT BOOK

The toilet was not working and there was no one to fix it for the two days I was there. Front desk person could have been more welcoming. He and she did not look happy to be there.

My expectations were low, and I was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean, all of the staff I interacted with were lovely, I would stay here again.
