I can’t say enough great things about this Holiday Inn Express. My sister and I had to travel last minute for family emergency and had no idea how long we would be staying. We ended up staying almost 2 weeks. The front desk staff was amazing, housekeeping was gracious. Management was awesome! Nice clean rooms! The hotel was conveniently located. The breakfast was good and surprisingly changed some on a daily basis. The room was always clean and comfortable. The value was excellent for the money. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was adequate. The majority of the staff were helpful and friendly. The issue: Two rooms were booked and paid for, but the hotel reserved only one. Despite the fact that payment for two rooms was posted to my credit card, the hotel's general manager insisted that one was simply a ”pending charge”. After two nonsensical conversations with her, I contacted my credit card company, verified that two payments had occurred and were not ”pending”, and had the disputed charge removed from my account.
