Unauthorised charge of 538 kr taken from my deposit credit card after check-out. No invoice, no explanation. Hotel ignored my emails and messages via this platform. Still waiting for a refund. Disappointed and frustrated.

Upon checking into my first assigned room, I was delighted to discover a rather generous layer of dust on the headboard and side table—an apparent testament to how well it had been “preserved” since the previous guest. It did give the impression that housekeeping might have taken a well-deserved break prior to my arrival. Thankfully, the second room I was reassigned to was in a much more acceptable condition and provided a considerably more comfortable stay.

Right the next to the bus/ train staion very convenient. Also bus stop for preikestolen and airport is right in front of the hotel. Big bed and comfortable room. Also the sauna on the top floor has a very nice view.

The location is convenient, and the surroundings are great. It's right by the central lake and very close to the old town, making it perfect for a leisure stay. There's also parking nearby. The breakfast was excellent, truly one of the best I've had recently.

The hotel is very close to the bus stations, some good restaurants and also the tourist spots! The room is clean and tidy. The cleaning soap and shampoo are provided. And the breakfast has lots of choices. The sauna is great place to relax. Highly recommend!!

A good hotel right in the center of the city. There are some supermarkets nearby. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Good location just next to train station and bus terminal. Room is large and clean with lakeside views. Hotel provides enough common area and warm feelings to us. Certainly will choose again when visiting next time.
