The service of this hotel is very good. The front desk staff are very patient and give you the weather forecast for the day and the location of the bus stop for the airport bus. The buffet breakfast food is very rich and delicious, the environment is quiet, it is worth staying in a hotel.

Staid here for a couple of nights while visiting Stavanger. It is located on a good location, on the edge of the city centre with a nearby big public parking that is paid. However, we had plenty of issues with the check-in process and the whole service that is automated and quite frankly bad. First the app for check in never managed to load the key on the phone meaning that we could not get in the hotel since the ring bell did not make anyone show up so we were lucky someone was entering one minute after we came. We had two reservations and the app told us it was the same room but the keys stopped working the next day and no one was picking up the phone on any of their numbers although it says 24 hour service but I guess Sunday was not included. Luckily we managed to find a cleaning lady who managed to resolve it but it still took us at least 90 minutes to figure it out. She was extremely helpful but otherwise bad service all the way. The room itself was fine, clean and big enough with a bathroom that was a bit too small and difficult to use for me. We did get breakfast as well, which was a new service and that worked but quality was so-so. They did answer to our emails, just a bit too late so its not a place I would recommend to anyone but I can not say its very bad, just barely average with potential issues along the way.

It was the first time I stayed in a hotel with dinner, which was very convenient. Good service attitude. Very close to the ferry terminal to Pulpit Rock. In addition, the bus station to the airport is also very close.

excelente acomodação, tudo muito novo, moderno, autoatendimento, voce mesmo faz o check in e check out, tudo prático e rápido. O apartamente tem tudo que precisa, desde maquina de lavar roupas moderna, ótimo banheiro, cozinha com utensílios, geladeira grande, forno e fogão elétrico. Cama confortável de ótimo tamanho. Localidade muito boa, perto de pontos turísticos e restaurantes.

Good location: very close to the Fiskepiren pier to the Mission Stone and the airport bus. In the old town, so walking to the sights are within a few hundred meters. Father and son stay Thursday - Saturday to explore nearby Stavanger. One of the factors when picking this hotel was it was on the bus route and less than a couple of miles from Stavanger so figured it would be a nice walk or short bus ride each day into the town, breakfast was also included with our booking. First thing first this is a Hotel next to the local Hospital. It turns out this is actually accommodation for hospital residents also with wheelchairs about the place and lots of newborns in the restaurant in the morning was a pleasant surprise. The room was as you’d expect for the price two beds pushed together separate blankets. Small fridge. One working sidelight - one not. Small area for hanging 3 or 4 items and a TV on the wall and a desk. Decent sized shower (Wheelchair friendly) and bathroom area - Although there was a step up into the bathroom which made no sense and also the cause of a couple of stubbed toes when going to the loo in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning. Breakfast. The hotel lies in the great location of the city. With its height, you can enjoy beautiful scenery while having meals. The breakfast is absolutely the highlight. It would make the value of the hotel the best one in Stavanger! Recommendable!

It takes about 20 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel via FB40. Several buses go to the city center, which is only a 10-minute drive.
