It can be listed as the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. The sound insulation of the room is extremely poor, and the walls seem to be made of paper. I can clearly hear the conversations and movements next door while lying on the bed in the middle of the night, and I can't sleep at all. When trying to catch up on sleep in the morning, it was suspected that the bathroom equipment in the next room was used, which caused the water pipes in our room to make a loud noise, which made it impossible to sleep. It was the first time I encountered such a bad hotel, let alone one owned by Hilton. The location is quite far from the station, and there are construction and road closures nearby, making it difficult to walk.
Combined with the fact that the price is similar to other hotels in Sheffield and the location is not as good as other hotels of the same star rating, choosing this hotel is purely an act of hatred and is not recommended at all (plus the front desk is suspected of potential racial discrimination, please listen before checking in) When we wanted to store our luggage, we immediately lost our composure and said that there was no place to store it, so we could only store it outside. However, the previous group of foreigners with Western faces were received pleasantly and their luggage was stored for them)

Overall, it was pretty good, except that the service staff was startled when I passed by, which also shocked me. They obviously lacked business skills. The breakfast staff always took away my unfinished food when I came to pick it up again. well.

Had a lovely stay here and they even added a nice little touch as we had just got married. Only downside was that there was no bottled water provided in the room. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Sheffield Hilton Huanpeng Hotel has complete facilities, clean and tidy, beautiful environment, and very good service in all aspects. I highly recommend it to everyone!
