It was a great stay no complaints we had to stay an additional night then we planned customer service kept the same rate even though it was more to stay second night. Convenient location close to everything !!

It was clean old and a bit outdated but clean, I just wish that the blackout curtains actually closed they were screwed into the ceiling and I couldn't slide them closed and I felt like people could see through my window

convenient, relatively low cost place in Steamboat. On the bus line. On a bike trail. Only issue we had was the snowmobile trailers that made it difficult to access the open parking spaces.

Booked this hotel as a ‘bed for the night’ whilst skiing. Only good things where the room was clean and the ski bus is directly outside. Front desk couldn’t have cared less. Breakfast poor. General state of hotel poor. Front door looks like a tradesman’s entrance. Back door open to anyone who wants to walk in (rather than be locked to guests only. The most worrying thing was the hotel taking a $244 ‘pre-authorisation’ AFTER we checked out . So we paid for 3 nights rather than 2 and we are still waiting for the money to be returned almost 2 weeks later

My husband and his friend were scheduled to spend one night following a day of fishing. We prebooked. However, the elderly friend had a medical emergency and they were forced to cancel the reservation the same morning. The friend spent 3 nights in hospital. The hotel refused to reimburse the room fee despite multiple efforts to resolve it.

We have stayed at a few different hotels in Steamboat. The Quality in was a very good value for the price. Breakfast was Biscuits and gravy scrambled eggs and sausage along with beverages and other breakfast items. I would recommend the Quality In if your looking for an inexpensive place to stay.

Property needs some cleaning and updating. An elevator wouldn’t hurt either. I will say the beds were comfortable and it was quiet.
