Ligging is top. Gratis parkeren voor de deur, ook de straat waar het aan ligt is niet druk. Restaurant ziet er gezellig uit maar wij hadden al elders gereserveerd. Kleine maar prima kamer mat fijne douche. Ziet er schoon uit.
Helaas een mindere ervaring bij het ontbijt. Bij het inchecken werd gevraagd hoe laat we wilden ontbijten en we waren er keurig rond die tijd. Spek, scrambled eggs, sap (3 verschillende), bruin brood en fruitsalade, allemaal op. Ook het koffiezetapparaat stond in storing. Wij hebben er 30-40 minuten gezeten en geen medewerker gezien. We hebben ons gered met wit brood, muffins en (zeker geen verse) appelflappen en chocolade broodjes maar voor 15 euro per persoon valt dit wel erg tegen.

Lovely hotel, really friendly staff. Arrived on bikes, bike parking outside hotel.
Restaurant very busy , it was Saturday so worth booking if necessary though lots of other restaurants nearby.

Voor werk heb ik een aantal nachten in Hotel Thuis! overnacht en dit is mij totaal niet tegen gevallen. De kamer was uitstekend, het personeel elke dag vriendelijk en het eten was perfect in ieder opzicht. Iedere ochtend stond er een uitgebreid ontbijt klaar met keuze in overvloed. Van harde broodjes tot ontbijtgranen en vers fruit. Met keuzes beleg in overvloed. De uitgebreide menukaart zorgde er voor dat ik elke avond iets anders kon eten, wat ik dan ook gedaan heb, zonder dat iets niet lekker was. Het restaurant staat in de omgeving goed bekend wat er voor zorgde dat het terras elke avond vol zat wat zorgde voor een leuke en vooral gezellige sfeer. De enige minpunten die ik ondervond, misschien doordat ik langer dan 1 nacht bleef, is dat er geen kastruimte was in de kamer. En dat de deuren van de hotelkamers hard dicht moeten worden getrokken. Dat laatste was vooral vervelend als er rond half 6 in de ochtend 1 van de buren een aantal keer de kamer in een uit moet. Al met al een uitstekend hotel wat ik ten zeerste aan kan bevelen. Ik kom zeker terug als ik voor werk in de buurt niet zijn. En neem vooral de scampi's in look als voor- of hoofdgerecht!
