This hotel offers great value for money. Make sure to book their signature rooms – there are only two of them! These signature rooms are in the best location, very spacious, and offer direct views of the mountaintop church. Waking up to the sunlight hitting the church in the morning was absolutely perfect. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and could communicate in English. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the town market.

We are currently in Tbilisi and intend to travel to your hotel today. However, our guide has informed us that the road to Kazbegi is currently blocked due to heavy snow. Even so, no refund request was accepted.

The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine for one person. The location was great, and as I rented a car, having a parking spot was a huge plus. (The room heating wasn't great, but the bathroom was warmer 😓). Breakfast was delicious!

Extremely satisfied! The room was clean with a great view of the snow-capped mountains. Breakfast was plentiful. I had an early hike planned, and when I mentioned it to the front desk, they prepared a large breakfast package for me. It was beyond my expectations!

This hotel is a complete mess. The front desk staff, an elderly woman, was incredibly rude. Let me share two incidents: 1. I locked my room card inside the room and asked her to help me open the door. She actually rolled her eyes at me! 2. My child was crying in the room, and it's none of anyone else's business. Before 9 AM, she called us and told us to be quiet. Seriously, who goes to bed before 9 AM? Plus, I booked two adjoining rooms, so if it's too noisy, it's clearly a problem with your soundproofing. Zero stars, stay away!
