The woman at the front desk was rude, unfriendly, very unhelpful, and didn't care. We were only allowed 1 room key and when we asked if we could get another key made after midnight when one of our party made it in, she said she doubted it because they didn't have enough keys. When we asked again later, she said the same thing but also said that she wouldn't be there, so she didn't care. There was 3 in our room and 2 sets of towels. When we asked for an extra set of towels, she said they were out and that maybe if the next front desk shift felt like doing laundry, then maybe we could get one. Hotel was clean and nice, just not the front desk staff person we had to deal with.

We checked into this hotel fairly late in the evening. Though we had a non-smoking reservation, the room reeked of smoke. It was late though so we got our kids in bed and they fell asleep quickly. As my wife and I slowly used different parts of the room we started to discover issues. There was a drop of blood and urine where the toilet seat clasps were. The shower was moldy and there was obvious water damage across the walls, rust and mold all over the fire sprinkler, and loads of hair behind the toilet against the wall. The bathroom trashcan had even been left unemptied. Manager didn't care.

No ice machines on 3rd and 2nd floors!
Hall carpets look like they have not been vacuumed in awhile.
Furniture in our room scratched and dented.
Carpet stains in our room.
Good to see a night light in the bathroom.
Decaf coffee was cold at breakfast this morning.
Food at breakfast was barely lukewarm.

The pool was closed and there was no vending machines. I could hear other people outside the room closing doors and talking. The ac/ heat unit wad extremely loud.

I loved the two full length mirrors that were facing each other. I could see all sides of me from all angles. The beds were comfortable & it was clean. We were on the 2nd floor & the person walking around above us was rather annoying. I guess I should always ask for a top floor room.

Quick and easy checkin. Nicely decorated for the holidays. Was so happy to see i was on first floor near eveything. However at 5:30 am staff setting up breakfast was very talkative and could be hear clearly through the door, also room next door had tv on loud all night. Walls seem to need more sound proofing.
