The room was dirty and stains on furniture hot tub was broke the check in process was on a kiosk with an individual from out of country.

I found this hotel thru *******. The hotel itself has plenty of parking. I was traveling by myself but found the bed to be small. Tall people issue. Service was good . Everyone seems friendly. There was a kiosk and you could tell the people were somewhere else and it was virtual. The whole thing was well done and easy but I miss that personal interaction.

took us an hour to check in....keys did not work in door...they ask for 50.00 deposit on checkin..It took numerous phone calls and 4 weeks after stay to get rectified..Have to deal with a kiosk at front desk not real person in lobby..

There was a kiosk to check in, not a fan of outsourcing but it worked for us, was quick.... Our room and the hotel needs a major renovation.
