There was a kiosk to check in, not a fan of outsourcing but it worked for us, was quick.... Our room and the hotel needs a major renovation.

Beware! I think all of the good reviews are fake. Never again. Linens and towel were clean. Tv and internet worked. Front desk staff was friendly but you had to log in on a weird kiosk with someone in another country. Tub floor was chipped so unusable. Carpet and walls were dirty and sticky. Musty smell. Mostly yucky and creepy vibe.

Staff was great and accessible to my needs. I had to extend my team stay and were very helpful on working with the days I need it. My team forgot the keys in the room and were very kind to open the door to get back in. Everything was perfect.

The hotel was under significant construction. There was a workout room, but it was just a collection of items that looked like were discards from another location and did not necessarily match or work. The lock to my room frequently did not work. I tried getting a new key, but that did not work. You had to give it 12-20 tries before it opened. There was dust and dirt everywhere. There was no freshen service, and I was there for four days. Two stars (at best).

They use a kiosk for check-in and check-out. Not user friendly. Kiosk down when I tried to check-out. No one seemed to respond. One person booted up the machine and left. My time is valuable too!
Motel is a 24/7 business. If you can't accept that fact, don't get into the business. No back-up plan when the machine fails.
