Whoa! No one is at the wheel here. First of all, my room was clean and comfortable. The shower worked nicely. For the rest: - When I first entered my room, an employee’s friend was eating Chinese food in it - The staff didn’t seem to know which rooms were and were not occupied, so to find me a new room they had to go wander around the building - The fire alarm went off around 6:30am - not the hotel’s fault - but long after the fire department left, the hotel could not get the flashing alarm light to stop in my room. I was told around 8:00 (as I gave up and left) that a “technician is on the way.” - The decaf was ice cold and full of grounds as I left When was the last time a (salaried, not hourly) Marriott employee stopped by to see how things are going at this location?
