This facility is very clean and nice. The staff are very helpful. It is close to campus, but not too close to be stuck in the after sports traffic.

Friendly, welcoming greeting when we walked in got our stay off to a great start. Every staff person we encountered was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a nice variety of items. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Overall this hotel is okay. It has seen some wear and should be updated (worn and frayed chairs, cracked toilet lid, windows don’t close all the way). However, there is definitely an issue with the hot water in the hotel. The hot water ran out during my shower and took over 10 minutes to get hot. I’m not sure what’s wrong, but until it gets fixed, I would suggest staying somewhere else.

The young man checking us in on Thanksgiving was great! He even came out and helped my husband put our luggage on the cart. Handicap facilities in room are great.

The man in charge of the kitchen was so nice and kind. My family loved the food he made especially the Biscuits and Gravy …He makes you want to come back. A plus employee with a GREAT SMILE….Thanks again

Staff were very friendly and overall great. We stayed in the suite with fireplace. Stained bedskirt, ripped sofa. Windows were coming loose Needed deep cleaning. Kitchen was clean. It was low to mid 30’s and 40’s no blankets. Hot water and fresh towels
