This was our first stay at this property was our Chris**as 2023 trip to Stillwater. I chose Hampton for a few reasons, most importantly was the standards of Hilton hotels. This property did not disappoint! The room, as well as the halls and common areas were immaculate. The staff were always smiles and very polite and accommodating. The breakfast served was very good and had many options to chose from. We have stayed in many different hotels in Stillwater over the years and this is by far our favorite hotel now. We'll be staying there again next Chris**as.

The staff were all excellent, very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Our only complaint is the room smelled very musty. It was just an old, musty smell. It reminded me of a basement or an attic of an old house. In hindsight, we should’ve called down at check-in and asked for a different room. It was bad enough that our clothes smelled that we slept in, the sheets (or maybe top blanket?) just smelled like they had been washed and forgotten about. If we had been there more than one night, I couldn’t have handled it. But again, we didn’t call down about it so they weren’t given a chance to make it right. They were so great and nice that I feel like they would’ve been willing to switch us a room, we just didn’t want to complain..
I would probably consider the hotel again, but I wouldn’t accept that smell again.

It was really nice just make sure you tell them you would like housekeeping every day. They seemed a little confused on that.

I walked into this hotel Nov.10 2023 to use the restroom as i do with all the hiltons being a diamond member never had a issues before this hotel had a fellow upfront that said there are no restrooms to use in the hotel if you don't have reservations regardless if your a diamond member or not which is a lie because i confirmed with hilton HR about the issue, the man upfront refused to give his name but but insisted on talking to me (very slow) incompetently as if i can’t understand English because i questioned why they would lie about such a silly thing, I honestly think the man was judging me on my appearance since i work in the oil field i was a little dirty that day he didnt care to see my membership i.d. Or anything he just kicked me out i was very upset had to go across the street to Home2Suites and was greated by a fellow who treated me like family and let me us the restroom. Point is just on the front desk hospitality alone i will never be giving my business to that location i hope hilton sees the reoccurring complaints on there front desk staff and makes changes for the better.

Upon arriving to our room, the air conditioner was not working. We notified staff on our way out to dinner.
Upon our return to the facility the staff let us know there was not anyone available to fix it so they upgraded us and moved us to a different room. Great visit 👍
