Absolutely nothing special. This location is one of the LaQuinta basic no frills locations. It has been maintained pretty decent but no luxury atmosphere good sure. The biggest disappointment was when checking in and wad told the pool was closed (after verbally confirming it was open before making the reservation). Was given 3 different reasons for it being closed by 3 different employees. The very Continental breakfast was really nothing to write home about with the exception of a pretty darn good waffle that I made. Small selection of hot/warm foods plus the obligatory cheap store bought pastries. The most disturbing things were the milk that expired yesterday and the yogurt that was dated to expire last week. The room was large and clean however.

When my daughter and I arrived there was no one to check us in. We waited for approximately 10 minutes and someone finally came in the back door. No one was ever present at the front desk during our stay, they were always outside smoking. They leave a sign on the desk that has a number to call but no one is there to answer it. I called 8 times over the course of 20 minutes and finally got an answer, followed by 10 minutes on hold. I booked with points but was still charged so I had to call and fix that. Room was clean, breakfast was meh, ok. Might stay here again but only if it was on points, if I’m paying, I’ll stay somewhere else.

There wasn’t a piece of furniture in the room that didn’t have scratches all over, specifically wanted to stay here because of pool and hot tub. Water looked for pool looked very cloudy and the hot tub was being refinished.
