Room was not ready for an hour after listed check-in time and bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned.

We always stay at this hotel when we come to Stillwater, mainly for the location since it is walking distance to the campus and for the hotel bar. It's not the nicest hotel we have stayed in but was always clean and the bar was a big plus since we have lots of friends that stay there at the same time for sporting events. This past weekend we were informed the bar had closed for good and experienced several maintenence issues. This hotel needs lots of TLC and updating. We have 2 more weekends booked coming up but after this spring we probably won't stay there again unless the new owners do some updating and open the bar back up.

I love this hotel. The hotel always has friendly staff, great free breakfast, and is clean. They upgraded my room to a larger room which was appreciated and the new room was massive and overlooked the campus. It's walking distance from the university and the the pool / gym is a great perk.

The room was nice, the shower was awesome, the parking was great, the breakfast was fantastic and there is shopping within walking distance. Also there was a Panera right next door. What more could you want!

Great location to campus but needs upgrades. Lounge was closed both Friday and Saturday nights. No snack bar to get drinks or snack other than vending machines.

Staff was very friendly and efficient.

The breakfasts were delicious and had a great variety of items every morning.

The location is very close to campus, but tucked away on a side street in a residential area. Parking was easy and check in was very smooth. When we got to our room, it was really spacious, but it smelled bad (like a faint smell of poo). It was late and no one else in my family seemed to think it was as bad as I did, so we decided to deal with it. Bed was fine, place was quiet and we got some good sleep. In the morning, I went to shower at 7am and couldn’t get water that was more than lukewarm. Not cold, but definitely not warm and far from hot. It’s a very fancy shower with multiple sprayers and seems like a shower you could get excited about. But in our case, it was incredibly disappointing.
