We had a very comfortable stay at Crafers, the bed and pillows were first class. Complimentary mini bar was great, staff very friendly and helpful, a bit of traffic noise but this died down at night - wouldn't hesitate to stay here on our next visit to this area

Beautiful spot to stay in Adelaide Hills.
Very clean room, loved the balcony and Aesop products.
Bistro and bar downstairs great, and staff all pleasant and helpful.

It’s heated (including bathroom flooring with Airconditioning and gas fireplace in bedroom lol the staff are extremely polite & friendly the service awesome food exceptional the accomodation amazing the whole experience we will do again

Was extremely happy with stay at the Crafers Hotel. Room was beautiful and clean, mattress was super comfortable, sheets were amazing and there was an array of delicious drinks, snacks and chocs that were provided. Attention to detail was above and beyond with the quality of everything including Aesop handwash, shampoo and conditioner. Could control the temperature of the room. We didn’t realise the continental breakfast was included and they had fresh croissants, bread, yoghurt, fresh fruit, milk, and a variety of cereals. We ate at the restaurant one night and that was so good too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and return.
