The room is large, comfortable and clean. But the hotel's surroundings are too bad. There is an unfinished building nearby, and the view from the balcony affects the mood.

For a 5 star hotel I must say they are just ok staff were Okish we was not allowed to be at the bar in swim wear even though we were staying at the hotel and the outdoor pool was closed, beach area was closed being fixed and indoor pool had no area to consume drinks or else

Booked a twin / receptionist did not have a clue / no help with luggage / condition issues in some areas (would love to share pictures) / construction noise from outside which have been on-going for weeks and the hotel did not even tell us upon check-in or before and we were woken up by a shaking room and noise at 7am on both days. Really unpleasant - reception did not even seem really bothered about this fact. Hotel not even environmently friendly, as they use small toiletries and not no bulk amenities which is very outdated nowadays.

Very nice hotel.. Amazing local knowledge and service especially from Srdan, he is 5 star professional and always doing his best to make Customers to feel welcome. Good breakfast, nice rooms in new wing, pool area and spa also good. Walking distance to beach.

The hotel is dated in areas but the new wing is quite nice and fresh. However it is very business like and doesn't give holiday vibes. Their website does mention the construction on the beach next door - we didn't find this loud or intrusive but is hard to miss from the sea view balcony. The staff are rude in the main, expecting you to move out of their way rather than being there for your needs. The 'check in' lady for breakfast managed to say 'hi' followed by a hard stare, when we could see she required our room number. However, Petra at dinner (the restaurant not buffet) was great; personable, funny and attentive. Finding space by the pool and beach was almost impossible, with the beach staff reserving beds for people who don't turn up but won't let the beds go before 1pm. Lots of kids around so not for a romantic stay. The beach itself was clean, clear water and white pebbles, with a 45-minute in to the town. The walk passes multiple local beaches, which were a lovely stop off around sunset. Would recommend for a short break, and if you aren't looking to stay in the hotel expecting to be waited on.

O Radisson Blu Split tem os seguintes pontos negativos: - quartos que ficam na ala nova (quartos mais caros) não têm isolamento acústico. Quando o vizinho do quarto vizinho espirra, você ouve tudo. Se quiser dormir, esqueça! - Área da praia fica em um local de difícil acesso para idosos e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida (existem incontáveis escadas e degraus até chegar na praia); - os quartos com vista para o mar (mais caros) têm, na realidade, vista para uma obra imensa que está sendo feito na área da praia; - o funcionário chamado Ino, que faz os omeletes , é um tremendo mau educado. Como pode o gerente do hotel deixar um homem grosseiro atender os hóspedes durante o café da manhã???????????; e - As amenidades de banheiro não cheiram absolutamente nada; - localização afastada do centro de Split (a cidade não tem quase nada pra fazer. Pondere se vale a pena visitá-la). Pontos positivos: - o pessoal do check in e o funcionário Mario (que pega as malas dos hóspedes) são muito gentis e atenciosos; - a praia do hotel tem águas claras; - academia e piscinas são boas (o hotel possui piscina externa, interna, hidromassagem e sauna); - restaurantes são ok (nada demais, mas ok); No geral, não recomendo a experiência. How can the hotel manager let a rude man serve guests during breakfast????????????; It is - The bathroom amenities have absolutely no smell; - location far from the center of Split (the city has almost nothing to do. Consider whether it is worth visiting). Strengths: - the check in staff and the employee Mario (who takes guests' bags) are very kind and attentive; - the hotel beach has clear waters; - gym and swimming pools are good (the hotel has an outdoor, indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna); - restaurants are ok (nothing special, but ok); Overall, I don't recommend the experience. There are places in the world a thousand times better than Croatia.
