1. The actual situation of the room is seriously inconsistent with the photos. The wall paint has peeled off in many places. The sofa and the floor are extremely dirty. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The walls are full of dead mosquito marks, and there are spider webs in the corners.
2. It is said to be a family suite, but it is actually a king-size bed room + a twin bed room connected together. We were given two room cards 602 + 603.
3. The service level is also very poor. We asked to change rooms, and the waiter said that he was busy entertaining restaurant guests and had no time. In other words, the hotel front desk also works part-time as a restaurant waiter.
4. The door of one of the rooms could not be locked. We dared to sleep at night with a chair against the door.
5. There was not even tissue paper in the room, and the quilt was still damp, which was very uncomfortable to cover.

Lovely hotel. We stayed 5 nights. Staff are very helpful and enthusiastic. Pool, restaurant and sun loungers all very close - with beautiful views of the Adriatic. Food at the hotel is excellent - good choice for breakfast and also a la carte evening menu. Places we visited: - Split (local bus - stops outside the hotel) - Omis (local bus the other way to Split). Nice location with a great trip by boat up the river - Local swimming very good close to Hotel Split, with facilities nearby (only a couple of hundred metres away) Thanks to all of the staff for being so helpful.

Thank you hotel Eden for a wonderful stay! Your kindness and the feeling of being "at home" was really something. Our 2 boys liked it as much as us parents and will remember this vacation for long time! We had everything we wanted so close to us, pool, beach, bar and the great restaurant. Établissement au top, vue splendide, personnel sympa, prévenant et attentionné. Petit déjeuner et dîner très bons autour de la piscine... Ñotre best of hôtelier en Croatie. Que dire du patron qui nous a surclassées en suite +++ sur le chemin du retour ? Trop sympa! Split est à 10 minutes et très belle. Merci à tous pour ce séjour.

The property is a very modern, well maintained and stylish hotel. The facilities are fantastic with one of the best restaurants we have eaten in.The staff are very friendly, the service is first class. We were so happy to stay in this lovely place, we will definitely be returning. Thank you hotel Eden for such a great break away, we felt so relaxed !
