We are very disappointed that there is no hot tub. We specifically chose hot tub when searching for a hotel and the site states it has a hot tub.
We arrived at 9 and the pool was already closed. The site states it is open until 10

There was a massive leak in my room, which ruined all of my study materials. Although they did refund my night, the staff told me that in the south, when there’s inclement weather, things “happen.” To stay in a room that doesn’t stay dry when it rains should not be acceptable.

The property was average, somewhat outdated and in need of renovations. The checkin staff was uncommunicative and wasn't informative about the hotel. The hallways, restaurant and lobby temperature was cold. The restaurant food was ok and served warm.
