The environment of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the business district and the classics. Basically, it is not far away. The environment of the store is also good

Hotel is very good has an excelent location and staff is very f riencdly and competent. Breakfast is very good as weel as rrestaurant for a dinner. If I were the owner, I would improve room lightning, replacinf spots by a more general clear ambiance.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage ideal für Touristen. Mussen, die Altstadt, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr gute Ausstattung des Zimmers, freundliches Personal. Trotz Lage an Seitenstrasse / Ufer gab es nachts gelegentlich Lärm von der Strasse.

Points positifs: l'emplacement idéal près de tous les transports en commun et du centre historique. Personnel très agréable,chambre correcte mais un peu petite.Belle vue. Petit déjeuner buffet très varié. Points négatifs:une literie indigente,matelas pas assez épais,oreillers trop mous et pas de bonne qualité: bref ce serait beaucoup mieux dans un Ibis où Mercure chez Accord. Le thé servi au petit déjeuner était en sachet industriel. Des amandes et noix de cajou et des boîtes de bonbons au chocolat semblent offertes comme cadeau de bienvenue,mais c'est payant au forfait de 35 euros pour le séjour.Ça devrait être plus clair et leur qualité est loin d'être exceptionnelle. L'insonorisation des fenêtres fait défaut:nous avons été réveillés tous les matins par des travaux ou camions de déchargement à 6h45. Enfin ce serait bien que les femmes de chambre puissent aérer. Dommage car,avec quelques efforts et aménagements,cet hôtel aurait tout pour réussir.

I stayed one night at Radisson Strand due to a self connection of flights in Stockholm. Booked it the same day and to my surprise it was one of the cheapest options in Stockholm that day, around 1000 SEK lower than usual. The staff in the reception were really nice and both of them I interacted with made sure to notice my Rewards membership. I got a nice room that was very clean and newly renovated. It felt very well planned despite being compact. It was also very quiet. I did not try out the breakfast as I had to leave for the airport early in the morning. Can only recommend staying at Strand.

This property was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to trams and buses and taxi service from the hotel was extremely efficient.
The room we stayed in was 405 and it was large for europe with a view of the river and good amenities
We give this a five star rating for comfort and convenience and the impeccable staff. The breakfast is worth the extra.

The first thing to say about the hotel is its location. Situated in the heart of Stockholm, none of the major sights is further than 20 minutes walk, most are within ten. It is very easy to catch the one stop in the tube from the central station to get to the hotel and there is also a public transport boat stop just along the quay. It is a lovely building inside and out with very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfasts are very nice with a good spread, they let you order al la carte (unlimited - two omelettes, yes please) to go with the self serve options. The rooms are lovely and if you can get a water view it is definitely worth trying as one can happily people/ice watch for quite a while with all the boats coming and going and lovely buildings opposite. Genuinely felt like the perfect place to stay in Stockholm, and not too expensive.

every thing was as expected, good location to visti Stockholm. The only negative point (so the speak) is that it was not possible to eat specific Swedish food in the hotel only asian (very good) food..
