Beautiful hotel, wish there were more amenities available. Definitely needs more than one elevator. Spacious rooms. Murtaza at the front desk was very helpful .I upgraded me to a full suite and gave me a full ocean view. Loved his charisma and eagerness to assist.

Worst experience i never had The room is like a jail, no more comment and staff is awful as they don t help me to feel confortable in my tindy room All is old and dusty Really please cancell any reservation Or forget this place The standard is 2 stars

Best experience! Great service, impeccable rooms and best location. Murtaza at reception was extremely helpful giving a face to the quality of service and attention experienced at the hotel. Having been in Stockholm several times I recommend Hotel Diplomat as best choice for first time visitors and seasoned ones (sure they know this already!) Looking forward to my next visit. Other highlights - highest quality beds, great bathroom, Swedish goodies and great liquor selections at the mini-bar.

This is a well-located but a little noisy (and it’s winter!) hotel with classic old rooms and a wonderful restaurant in house. It had the absolute best bread I’ve had in my life. Colleagues agreed- but we couldn’t buy it to take home as it was only served in the restaurant.
