Great location ! Breakfast was good - but everyday the same. Sauna facilities were nice but quite small. Great deal and very friendly staff !

It's strongly recommended for its location, very close to metro station to reach any part of the city, the excellent breakfast, elegant and cozy, well equipped rooms with all facilities, kindness and support of personnel. Definitely a great choice for my business trip and it will be my favourite hotel for any next stay, for sure.

Really nice hotel in fantastic location. The hotel is in great areas with high end shopping and a short stroll to the old town. The standard rooms are very small but well appointed. Breakfast area was nice but during busy times is quite cramped with very little space between tables. However I would recommend the hotel if you are staying in the city for sightseeing. Staff were also very pleasant.

Hotel met 5 sterren dat geen enkele ster waard is! De wandlampen van de kamers aan het atrium (lounge) schijnen dwars door de gordijnen heem. De gordijnen zijn geen blackout gordijnen. Als je ‘s nachts naar het toilet moet heb je geen lamp nodig. Inslapen is niet te doen. Een kamer aan de voorkant is ook geen optie. Daar gaat het straatlicht ook totaal door de dunne gordijnen heen. Ook mocht ik daar niet slapen van de frontdesk bij het inchecken toen ik om een rustige kamer vroeg. De nachtclub zou tot drie uur muziek kunnen maken. Dan hoor je de bas in je kamer dreunen. De telefoon naast het bed heeft een screen dat fel de kamer in schijnt. De receptioniste loog eerst dat het van zelf uit zou gaan. Na een t****e keer bellen stond ze met een oplossing voor de deur. Een rol plankband en kartonnen kaartjes om over het screen heen te plakken. Dat had ze vaker gedaan. Help, ik wil naar huis! Wat een nach**errie zonder slaap. In een hostel slaap je beter dan hier.

Geweldig hotel zeer centraal gelegen tegenover alle bezienswaardigheden. Mooie ruime kamers met uitzicht op het grote plein. Schoonmaak zeer goed en de handdoeken zijn echt geweldig, net als de bedden en het beddengoed. Het personeel ook zeer vriendelijk en staan altijd klaar voor vragen.
