Vrij groot hotel met 16 verdiepingen gelegen aan de kade in de wijk Gardet, bereikbaar via Metro Gardet of via waterbus halte Hamnen. Wij hadden een kamer op de 14 de verdieping en konden mooi alle bootbewegingen volgen die de vlakbij aanmerende veerboten maakten. Wat we niet wisten was dat dit hotel overrompeld werd met bezoekers van festival Lolapolooza dat ook in Gardet plaatsvond toen wij er waren. Dit maakte dat toen wij via waterbus in Hamnen aankwamen wij tijdens de wandeling verder naar het hotel wij een gratis live concert kregen van Mäneskin, of all people. Het hotel was uitstekend al bij al en had ook een zeer leuke Skybar. Het restaurant van het hotel daarentegen kan ik niet anders beoordelen dan als te mijden. De Scandic onwaardige service die ons daar geboden werd was echt beneden alle peil.

The hotel has a breathtaking view from the rooms towards the river. I’ve felt extremely comfortable and amazed with all facilities, as well as the staff engagement and loveliness! Great value for money, easy access to town centre with peace of mind.

Generellt en prisvärd vistelse med goda kommunikationer till centrum av Stockholm.
Bra mat i restaurangen och bra för barn med bl.a. lekrum.
Servicen något i underkant av vad man kan förvänta sig i både restaurang och reception. Påtalade vid tre tillfällen att städningen på rummet inte motsvarade förväntningarna, inget som åtgärdades under vistelsen.
Frukosten väldigt trevlig med mycket att välja mellan.
Kommer sannolikt att besöka hotellet igen.

Kändes gammalt, restaurangen var inte alls bra varken mat eller matsal eller personal, och hade dåliga öppettider, frukosten var beige och smalt utbud. Ombyggnad runt hela hotellet som de inte kan hjälpa men de kunde hjälpt till och underlättat för gäster. Rummet var trist även om utsikten var fin, men fick en instängd känsla och att det var gammalt.
