位置優秀，逛街&逛景點都是步行可達；房間設計很多細節，床頭小桌是有精緻的水培小花，沐浴都是diptyque，早餐更是精緻，整體非常西式的講究，但是絲毫不老舊

We recently spent eight days in Stockholm - our fifth trip to the city, but our first stay at the Bank Hotel. It was wonderful in many ways, but what truly set it apart was the amazing staff, not only at the front desk, but also at Bonnies and at the rooftop bar, Le Hibou. A special thanks to Patrick at Bonnies, who saw to our every need each morning at breakfast, and also to Ouisal at reception, who assisted us in so many ways. We can't wait to return.

O hotel é muito bonito, clássico. O que o torna inesquecível é o serviço. Patric do restaurante e a Ida da recepção fizeram a experiência valer ainda mais a pena. Ele nos deu uma boa mesa, indicou passeios, verificou horários de museus. Ela nos deu e reservou restaurante incrível de acordo com as nossas preferências. Voltarei sempre que estiver em Estocolmo. O quarto que pegamos é pequeno porém a cama e travesseiros são deliciosos. Os amenities são da dyptique e o chuveiro também é muito bom.

Vi har bott här 5 ggr förut och hotellet är av allra högsta klass med allt från toppmoderna fina rum till fantastiskt trevlig personal som ger bästa möjiga service. Höjdpunkten här är frukosten där man förutom ett generöst utbud av buffé även kan beställa från en meny med bland annat äggröra, grillade smörgåsar medmera som är vädligt goda.
Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell och kommer garranterat komma tillbaka under detta år.

We spent three nights at this lovely boutique hotel celebrating our anniversary. The service started almost immediaely upon reserving the room. We received a welcone email from the staff inquiring about any partiulucar needs we might have or asking if we were celebrating a special event. Upon entering our room was a lovely anniversary welcome gift. The location is just around the corner from the harbor activity but not so near as to hear the din of revelers. The breakfast had a variety of foods and was tasty. Service from staff, all around, was exemplary.

Is was expensive like everything in Scandinavia but the staff was very helpful and we enjoyed the location and the hotel room. Would recommend it and we would like to come back. Parking was not easy but other than that no complaints about this place.

This was our second stay and it was for my birthday celebration. Our room was so beautiful, clean, comfortable, and quiet, and we were so sad to have to check out after six nights. We want to thank the team for another wonderful stay and say special thanks to Alice for being so sweet, for making us feel so welcome, and for the lovely treats and all of the help through out our stay. Make sure to book the breakfast option with your stay--it's fantastic! We will be back again.
