Excellent and very convenient location. Beautiful rooms feel more like an inn than a large hotel. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Has a key instead of a key card. You need 2 hands to operate the elevator.

The location is great right at Central Station. It’s easy to shopping street and old town just walking distance. But our standard room is not too big, not enough place to open the luggages at the same time or even 1 flat. But if you have no large luggage like us then no worries, everything is perfect here There are many restaurants around, you can choose whatever you like. Every staff is nice and happy to help. By the way, the restaurant on the first floor is good. In case you may need to leave luggage, they also have you can request them Oh I deduct 1 star from no shower cap but other than that are fine

Hotel is perfect. Location is very good. Breakfast is rich and plenty. The only thing I didnt like was the heating in the roon which didnt function. The receptionist were kind to provide a small heater but wasnt enough for the room. Sauna has to be booked in advance and its quite cozy place. And there is a good bar in the main floor. Belgobar which serves hundrends of belgiums beer.

It's a very good hotel. Location near the central train station near the old town Near restaurants, comfortable, good service, balcony room is the best. Good cleaning, convenient with a microwave, no air conditioner, but with a fan, the air is very good, the bed is comfortable, if going to stockholm again, definitely here

Good location

There is nothing to say about the location, but the room is too small, and there are manual keys to open the door and the elevator.

The staff was very friendly and I have only good memories of this hotel. The breakfast was so-so and the room was a bit cold, but the staff made me think I would stay here again.

It's easy to find and the price is cheap. The room is small but enough to live in.

A boutique 4* hotel with best breakfast and dinner options woth great flavours, deliciousness and portions. Easy and close access to central city of old and new town. Definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Freys Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helped with restaurant recommendations and tourist spots. The room was comfortable and the buffet breakfast had many hot and cold choices. The food was very good. The location was ideal for walking to shops, Old Stockholm, and metro. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean and they have rustic style. At downstairs is very good restaurant and the location is great. Only complaint that I have is related to my inquiry to have a quiet room away from the elevators. I have been twice at this hotel and both times I have asked that and both times my room was next to the elevators. So it makes me feel that I´m not appreciated.
