Mysigt och trevligt hotell med toppenläge på söder med trevliga barer och med scenen. Perfekt bemötande i receptionen. Kanonfrukost med extraval på beställning.Fick dock vänta lite på våran beställning då de säkert hade mycket att göra men annars perfekt.

Hi I recently had the pleasure of visiting your hotel for several days. From the moment I arrived until the day I left , everything about the hotel was excellent. From Michelle and all the other staff on reception to the facilities and comforts of the hotel everything was excellent. So much so that I fully intend on going back to the Rival on a personal trip to explore more of what Sweden has to offer.

The staff was very helpful and delightful to interact with. The room was well-designed, clean, and comfortable. I loved the pillow and comforter menu. The breakfast was scrumptious and the restaurant staff was very helpful. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. The restaurant manager even helped me find a fantastic place to enjoy authentic Swedish Meatballs. I really enjoyed my stay.

Fantastic hotel Staff were cool and very helpful Rooms were comfortable Excellent pillows Food was great Everything is inside hotel a choice of restaurants and a very nice bar with a chic atmosphere it's possible to just hang out at hotel without leaving and have a good time

Really easy to get to from the airport- nearest station - 'Mariatorget' literally a 5 min walk to /from hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly - knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Loved the 'Help Yourself' tea & coffee station at the end of our room corridor on the 4th floor - proper coffee machine, selection of teas, (including English Breakfast), fresh milk and biscuits. There was also an ice machine. Mini fridge in bedroom. Quirky decor, cosy bedroom - underfloor heating in bathroom so shower floor dried up in minutes. Molton Brown toiletries was the icing on the cake 👍

Absolutely amazing. We were fortunate to get one of the 3 upstairs penthouses. It was an amazing room and balcony. It offered great views of the sunset as well as great views overlooking the center city and the Tivoli Gardens. The receptionist that checked us was absolutely the best. She went over must do activities as well as any suggestions we had. She continued to help us our entire stay. The bars are really cool as well!!
