This hostel has excellent facilities. However, I found the staff to be unhelpful and very inflexible. Seems like a very busy hostel therefore staff make no effort with customers. I would not stay there again.

The location and the lounge were great. I was surprised at how dirty the room was. There were people in the room who weren't even staying there and it was a mess. There was stuff on my bed that I didn't know about. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night which was a pain.

The environment is good, the room has its own bathroom, and the location is very good. The roommates are also very nice. The front desk can check in and check out by yourself, but there is a separate fee for storing luggage.
