Location and hygiene were good
They said they would check in early at 10 o'clock, so I said okay and went at 10 o'clock, but they didn't do it, so I was in vain...
I paid for the towels, but they said I hadn't paid for them, so they offered me some kind of deal for free towels. When I told them I had paid for them, another employee asked me if I got them for free, and I was a little confused. But overall, it was okay, and I booked accommodation here for my next trip to Stockholm.

We spent 3 nights at this hostel. The facilities were good, the bathroom is clean and the bed is comfortable. Our room for the first night could not connect to WiFi, we were disappointed about that. But we requested to change our room on the 2nd day morning and the staff are good to help us with this. Everything here are digitalise and convenient. The common area is large and comfy. There are a few computers for us to use. There are also lockers rental service if you arrive in Stockholm early in the morning before the check in time. The location is great, it takes only around 10minutes to walk to the central station.
