Väldigt dåligt bemött vid ankomst, fick korta svar och dom ansträngde sig för att låta trevliga. Kände mig väldigt illa till mods, när dom inte var trevliga emot mig, men min sambo som var vit var dom extremt trevliga mot. Själv är jag adopterad ifrån ett annat land.
Dessutom kostade parkeringen 150kr/dygn vid ankomst och där fanns max 9 platser och dom var alla upptagna. Riktigt dåligt.
Rummet var fint, men luktade ibland avlopp och svett ifrån ventilationen. Dom hade även en lampa tänd på baksidan som lyste igenom gardinerna och lyste upp mycket när man skulle sova.
Det enda positiva var kvälls personalen som trevliga mot min sambo. Men jag fick känslan av att jag ej var välkommen pga min hudfärg, min sambo reagerade också på det.
Frukosten var kall, det var kallt där man satt så man frös, all mat som skulle vara varm var kall, skulle inte ge något för den frukosten.
Åter igen så välkomnades vi ej av personalen, så nej tack, jag rekommenderar inte detta hotellet till någon.

We love this property. We stayed last year and it was important to stay again this year. I tried without success to use the sauna. Each day the hotel was packed with events. I tried to use the sauna on a Saturday night but it wasn't working. Our TV was also uncooperative. Staff was exceeding friendly and always made us feel welcome. We'd certainly stay again.

Cozy place, well located next to the water. What I didn't think was as good was that we booked very early before the stay but didn't get what was wanted.

The beds were comfortable and the view from the room glorious over the water. The breakfast was not good, barely acceptable. Certainly not in a 4 star hotel. Found only the necessary.

Room No. 8 had a magical view of the zoo well canal. The girl at the reception was super cute and had a level of service that exceeded expectations. Super cozy hotel that you just want to stay in night after night after night…

Nice rooms with great beds, quiet area (in the Royal Djurgarden) , walking distance to Skansen, Gröna Lund, Abba Museum, Vasa Museum and City Center. Bus stop in front of the hotel.

Our stay was great from start to finish. Friendly reception at the reception and in the restaurant. Good food and nice breakfast. Lovely room with a view of the water. Nice morning walk along Djurgårdsbrunnsviken towards Skansen and everything there is on Djurgården. Bus easily accessible and in a few minutes in the city. Simply superb!

Vi ville ha ett hotell som låg nära naturen men samtidigt på promenadavstånd till stan. Underbart att börja dagen med en promenad på djurgården. Helt ok frukost och ok service men inget exceptionellt.
