Bara kall vatten i duschen och handfat ingen shampoo, ingen tvål i duschen .

Det fanns inget varmvatten. Frukosten var okej. Inte ordentligt städat i badrummet.

Disappointed that the room was not cleaned or made, nor new towels that I threw on the floor. This when shower water spilled all over the bathroom floor. Uncomfortable not being able to shower because of dirty wet towels. The breakfast sad. Can't recommend this, ugh!

Simple but clean accommodation. Centrally located but not for those with problems with stairs. Our only complaint was that it was very responsive and a younger clientele. The reception was closed at night, which felt unsafe from partying neighbors. Still recommended!

the hotel is in an excellent location, close to the skantsull metro stop but in general close to the center (in 20 minutes on foot you can easily get to gamla stan, the only thing is that the road is uphill, but in my opinion really doable). In the evening the neighborhood did not give me maximum security, but these are personal opinions. This hotel is one of the very few hotels in Stockholm that has an en-suite bathroom, which is why my friend and I chose it. It is an underground structure, the room has no windows (if this is something that bothers you, don't choose it, I honestly don't understand the negative reviews that complain about this, it is explicitly said during the booking). However, nothing strange, in Stockholm apparently rooms without windows and with shared bathrooms are used. I liked the structure, consistent with expectations, it is certainly not good if you are looking for a luxury structure, but if you are in Stockholm to visit and only use the room to sleep it is perfect. My 4 stars are due to a couple of slightly meh things: - the receptionist doesn't understand and doesn't speak English very well, but anyway we manage (extra note: we arrived before check-in and our room wasn't ready, the girl gave us another room to accommodate us first, an absolutely unexpected trea**ent) - breakfast is 99% savory, the only dessert is a jam, not even a typical Swedish sweet or a snack. I'm not obsessed with sweet breakfasts, but the choice of savory options wasn't great either... -the bed literally fell apart while you slept, and I sleep in a fairly static position. In the morning you found yourself literally sleeping on the mattress and the bed, made up of two mattresses one on top of the other, everything moved. For the rest, the room was fine, it was small but just for sleeping it's more than fine, ditto the bathroom, the spacious shower, the wifi always working and excellent. I repeat, if you don't have too many demands and you're not picky this hotel is fine

Lite kallt på rummet tyvärr

Was as expected with the low price, had what was needed but not more. A little minus for the cold bathroom, but there was a heating fan in the room, after about 1 hour the temperature in the whole room was ok.
