Confesso que esperava mais do hotel, se não fosse pelo salão do café da manhã passaria por um hotel 3 estrelas. Achei o quarto e banheiro nada demais, bem simples sem nenhum diferencial, tinha lido tanto aqui a respeito que acho que criei uma expectativa que não foi real. O salão realmente é lindo e impressiona mais só isso. Além disso chegamos para fazer o check in as 14:00 e o quarto só ficou pronto as 16:00. Enfim…não repetiria a experiência se fosse só pelo salão do hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the delights of Stockholm. The hotel exudes character and all amenities are of a high quality. The restaurant / former ball room is very impressive. The hotel staff maintained a high level of customer service throughout our stay. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Property! Central to many attractions including boat tours, museums, the old town, shopping. Staff was amazing! The breakfast buffet was perfect and had many choices including vegan dishes. I would highly recommend staying at this property

This is an absolutely lovely hotel, in a great location. Our room was elegant and the service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet is a gourmet treat. The rooms are not spacious, and the shower involved stepping into a bathtub (not a great set-up for old folks).

We really enjoyed our stay at the Berns Hotel. The room was comfortable, nice bathroom (beware toilet lid edge!). There was a nice selection in a comfortable setting for the complementary breakfast. We greatly appreciated the genuine concern and ultimate success in finding my lost camera - across the city! We will definitely recommend Berns to friends and family, and hope to visit again!

Beautiful hotel with a welcoming ambiance. Staff were friendly and helpful. The daily brunch was decadent with many options (best cinnamon and cardamon buns)! Perfect location for me as a tourist, centrally located. Lovely cafe next door Calle P, perfect for lunch or afternoon cocktail while soaking up the sun. Fun place to stay!

We loved our overnight stay at Berns. We stayed over Valentines Day and were greeted with a lovely note and chocolate dipped strawberries in our room. Those are the little things that matter.
The breakfast was fresh and tasted amazingly.
The staff was more than friendly and welcoming and we’ll definitely be visiting again. Nothing to complain about and we are regular hotel visitors.

We loved our stay here. The hotel has loads of character and is located within walking distance of most museums and sights. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast in the main salon is spectacular. Our room was pleasant and comfortable and quiet (even on Friday night when the whole city was out and about). Staff were great.
