Had the good fortune of spending the weekend in one of the hotel’s top floor suites (adjacent to the conference facility on the 11th floor). Full disclosure - I had pretty low expectations coming in due to an unfortunate previous stay at this hotel, but that changed completely the moment I stepped inside the suite. It was spacious, comfortable and luxurious with enormous floor-to-ceiling windows and a HUGE terrace facing the city and Globen. The HVAC system was the best I've experienced in a Swedish hotel (a far cry from the regular Nordic systems that keep you freezing in the winter and sweating in the summer), the water pressure amazing and the finishes stylish. That said, if I were to nitpick, it wasn’t perfect - outlets were almost non-existent, a couple of spotlights were out-of-order, there was no shower gel in the shower, the TV was too small for a room of this size and there was no privacy shade for the giant window between the master bath and the bedroom. The housekeeping staff had generally done a very thorough job, with the exception of a part of the terrace that contained a half-eaten orange from a previous guest. These minor issues did, however, not detract from the overall experience and this suite easily ranked amongst the best Swedish hotel suites I’ve stayed in. The hotel has an excellent location, friendly staff and reasonable pricing, easily earning them a full five stars for this stay. I can’t wait to come back to the same suite :)

Upon entry it was clear we had made the right decision. Welcoming staff (to be fair everyone we encountered on our trip was too), room was big enough and bathroom was incredible. Under floor heating when it's -14 outside is always a nice touch. Our very cheap rate included breakfast, fika (snack) and dinner every night. The food could sometimes have been a little hotter, and there is normally only one choice in the evening, but this was fine for us as it was always delicious. A good way to save money in quite an expensive city. Our room wasn't serviced during our stay but the company (nordic choice) had been hacked so their computer system was down, so can't blame them. They had cleaned well prior to our arrival so this didn't impact us much either. There was easy transport links less than 5 minute walk away. Would definitely be back

First impression - when we got into the apartment we booked we were shocked to see it was much, much smaller than presented in the pictures - see attached presentation pics vs reality. We immediately went to the reception to show them the obvious difference, when one of the front desk officers, named Joel was quite deffensive and strongly rejected my entitled claim to get the proper apartment as per my booking. He said the pics in the presentation were made with wide angles, therefore we need to accept this is the correct room, no mistake was dine. I insisted upon the obvious but I had no one to talk to in order to fix my problem. Later on I made the same complaint to Trip.com - they tried to reason with Joel, but got the same nagative attitude.
Joel saga doesn't end here, unfortunatelly... The whole administration of the building might be a bit control freak. Why? Because Guests can not have full control of their room. You can not adjust the air conditioning yourself - you have to call the reception to adjust the room temperature for you. You can not open any window - you have to ask the reception for the window handle, which guess what? It's only one window handle for all of the rooms in the building and each room gets the handle for 1 hour max or at least so it should be if Joel doesn't have other opinion about it. One evening, upon request, Joel gave me the handle and told me to open the windows quickly and give it back to him fast as others needs it now too. I was shocked of course. ***??? Where is my hour? How am I supposed to close the windows then after? Oh...I have to get downstairs to the reception and get it back so that I vould close my windows. BUT wait!! Joel remembered to fully read the post it his colleague gave him before coming upstairs to my room and saw my room number was last on the list and therefore I can keep the handle for a longer period time. He was doing me a big favor. That was his attitude like. Very unprofessional, cold and really wrong attitude for someone working in hospitality. I am afraid I had to react this time and asked him what is his problem really, as it looks like it has a particular problem with me and therefore to any of my requests to get the proper service and comfort I payed for. Joel's Lady colleague was much nicer and helpful. He should follow her example if he wants to stay in hospitality. I left with a bitter taste and very dissapointed with the whole experience at Biz Apartment Bromma due to this important details of my accomodation there.
The Biz Apartment concept is pretty nice though overall, is quite new, the location is indeed a bit far from the city, but within easy reach by metro, which has the station right in front of the building. You need to change at Alvik for the green line towards city center. It is also easy to reach from Arlanda Airport by train up to Solna station and than by metro. Downstairs there is a huge supermarket where you can get anything you need for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The apartment is equiped with everything essential to prepare some meals ( microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, etc.) The bed was very comfortable. A bit too cold in the room.
If I were to get the more spatious apartment as per my booking pics, my own window handle and proper room temperature I would book this place again, no doubt.

Clean, compact & comfortable. Walkable distance from central train station. Down comforters, scenic view from our large window, large screen tv, clean bathroom with shower, free Wi-fi, self check-in (we didn’t have a reservation so we had to check-in with a staff person). We had a “Compact Double” Room for 1,689,00 SEK (about $156 USD) and it was worth it!
I had no problem during my 1-day stay. Room was clean, silent, bed really confortable and excellent shower. Liked very much the breakfast. However, when reading the 1-star reviews, I find them very plausible. Probably not a good idea to book the rooms without windows or stay during extreme seasons. The building is quite new, but one can see (check the picture) their standards are not 5-star, so probably a malfunction air conditioning system is to be expected. On the bright side, location is really good, close to Fridhemsplan, where you can catch Flygbussarna to the airport, saving a few bucks.

Stayed 3 nights, family vacation. I do NOT recommend this hotel to others! Noise from street at night (street cleaning, trash truck etc several times, each night) so we slept terribly every night. Extra bed for 3rd person was very hard/uncomfortable. During breakfasts, the staff was hustling and making lots of noise by setting up for lunch (which started as late as 1.5 hrs after breakfast was over!) and did not allow guest to sit where they wanted in breakfast room - not a nice experience at all. Questionable room cleaning: no spare cups, cleaner said cups in rooms were only hand washed in bathroom sinks by cleaners, and they did not seem clean. We had to hunt down towels and toilet paper, plus they had forgotten to supply bed and towels for third person in room upon arrival. Front desk staff generally not so service minded + not understanding/interested in being helpful - did not allow us to eat a sandwich in the lobby before departure ”because the hotel has a restaurant” - which did not open until 3 hrs later(!) Note 1: Short opening hrs for restaurant by lobby. Note 2: They do not control which person removes what luggage from luggage storage, so anyone could take what they want. Note 3: Fridge in (our) room was super tiny, with depth as narrow as a water bottle. Note 4: They might not pay attention: When booking, I sent a request + a question to the hotel; request was not taken into account and I received no answer to question. Location: Good area to stay in for family trip if want to include shopping, easy access to public transportation, walking distance to Gamla Stan and more. But would recommend other hotel in area, not this one. Overall: Not the hotel experience I expected from photos, info on hotel web site and prize. Will not return, and recommend the hotel to reevaluate some of its routines!

The hotel is clean and cute. Its location is great, especially if one intends to visit Gamla Stan. It has shared toilets and showers which of course makes prices lower. You get slippers that can be used in the hotel room or for visit the showers/toilets. The shower-room smells a bit of sewer, and that is probably why the windows are open but now in September that makes the shower-room very cold. I tried to close the windows but they are stuck. The same problems with the windows in my hotel room, one is stuck. The window seems too big for the frame. The front desk closes at 21.00/9 pm and no one is present. If you loose the key to your room you are in major problem. On the envelope for the keys there is a warning text that if you loose your key you have to wait til staff arrives in the morning or you will be heavily charged if you want to be locked in right away. But that I had to read on the key envolpe, because the receptionist did not tell me that. The key envelope was so cluttered that the wifi-password was not easy to spot. The tv has only three Swedish channels, nothing else, not even BBC World. Free wifi with password on key envelope - which I had to go and ask where iti was at the front desk, because receptionist did not tell me that, either. But no phones in the room so you have to walk to the front desk everytime you want to ask something. And the receptionist did not give me such vital information so I had to go to the front desk at least three times. The luggage storage is just in the hallway in a corridor by the front desk. At the front desk you can buy coffee, tea, soft drinks, smaller snack bags and fruit. I have not seen sandwiches. I have not tried the ironing service. Staff seem friendly, but I have a sneaky feeling that when I turn my back negativity might surface. I am travelling alone in work.

We spent 3 nights at this hostel. The facilities were good, the bathroom is clean and the bed is comfortable. Our room for the first night could not connect to WiFi, we were disappointed about that. But we requested to change our room on the 2nd day morning and the staff are good to help us with this. Everything here are digitalise and convenient. The common area is large and comfy. There are a few computers for us to use. There are also lockers rental service if you arrive in Stockholm early in the morning before the check in time. The location is great, it takes only around 10minutes to walk to the central station.

Outstanding
MmiSs JMHere’s an honest review
🏨The hotel is supposed to be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️star but it didn’t feel like one. Below are the reasons why⬇️
1. The rooms are not sound proof. We can totally hear noises from outside and upstairs people banging the door (even though windows are totally shut).
2. They did not have complementary water (which I believe all 4 star hotels should provide). They only gave us after we called them the next day.
3. No slippers provided too, until we called and asked.
4. The shower and bathtub aren’t separated, and it’s slippery. I fell and hurt my elbow.
6. Lastly, I paid for a hotel where I can use their amenities for free (atleast that’s what I thought). Apparently, this hotel doesn’t allow their guests to use the pool and gym for free. You need to pay to get access. (300SEK = 200¥+) Such a disappointment! 🤬
It felt like I was ripped off 😔
On a good note, the location is great. 👍🏻
It is just a walking distance to everything like bus station, coffee shops, mall, restaurants, and tourist attractions.
GGuest UserThe location of this place is exceptional. It is located on the top of Stockholm Central Station, so tram, trains and Airport (Arlanda) Express are all right there. The hotel is modern and located centrally with great restaurants and other attractions. Yes, it is not in Gamla Stan, but we walked there easily, about 25 minutes. This place has all the shopping areas nearby as well. The rooms are way too small. It was just impossible for the 3 of us (Adults) and I wish there were bigger rooms. The breakfast is also good, (again, it grades only a 3.8 or 3.9 out 5 because, have stayed in other Scandinavian hotels where the breakfast was just too good [in the range of 4.5 to 4.8]). The hotel also loans bicycles to their guests and it is first come first served, which is very good. Hotel service staff are okay. I would stay here for the location and convenience, and around this area, this is one of the best. If willing to compromise on the location, then there may be other hotels that are better. Not sure.
兔兔兔愛睡覺We experienced a very long delay in SJ training and arrived the hotel late with cold and tired body in 21 Jan 9 pm. The reception guy was arrogant and felt like even more tired than us to provide information. He gave us nothing but a very bad impression in Stockholm / the hotel. Yet the hotel location was perfect, view was nice, room was comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Other staff are far more polite and helpful. The hotel was also very near to the famous Kajsas Fisk can just got there in 15 minutes on foot. Supposedly the fast food shop opposite to the hotel served great French hotdog and kebab. Recommended everyone visit there will give it a try.
GGuest UserHad an amazing time, as always, at AtSix. This time though I really saw some amazing service from the one and only Alexandra Ruzic (Guest Relation Manager) who solved a situation that looked very dark for a while - she did an beyond amazing job. Also Amanda in the reception was fantastic and more then needed for me. I also want to mention Laura in the breakfast serving that was the best waitress I ever met. Amazing crew - amazing hotel!
MMichael HEThe hotel has a good location, backed by the park and the Royal Library, and if you like to walk, it is not far from the old town. Forgot to bring the socket converter to borrow at the front desk. Check-out is delayed until 1 pm and luggage can be sent temporarily. Breakfast should be good for friends who are used to western food. Unexpectedly, there is a Chinese bank downstairs.
AAna PPBeautiful hotel and rooms, well maintained. Location is walking distance from the main attractions and also from the central station. Room has a big size. Breakfast has many options and it is good. I would definitely go back.
GGuest UserAt the price I paid, I was a bit sceptical about this place until I checked in. But this was a sweet surprise. Built out of a historic building and on the fringe of Gamla stan this is an absolute steal and a hidden gem LOCATION: Located on the island of Gamla stan and easily walkable from all key points of interest DINE + DRINK: Free Coffee and refreshments are available at the lobby level all day long for guests. Ws quite surprised by the Excellent breakfast served at the restaurant. The spread was amazing and had everything from delicious pastries to gourmet Pies. Not the usual boring stuff! And they also accommodated all kinds of dietary preferences, including Vegan! ROOM: I stayed in Room 507, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the building next door; SIZE: Very compact room, but good enough for 2 adults; AIR-CON: No Air conditioner, and can get pretty warm on hot days; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good quality cosmetics FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines, which is a super rarity in the old town. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made me feel at home and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Low-speed Wi-Fi(up to 10 Mbps) that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages
CCurròI have been staying alone only for one night and the host was very nice. I looked tired and it was late so they kindly gave me one extra hour for the check out which I’m very grateful for. Wi-Fi very good. The room has no windows and the beds look and feel a little old which make it feel dirtier than it is in fact the bathroom (private) was really clean. The breakfast was sad. The food was exposed on a table near the main door, everyone in the street could see me eating and picking my meal. The breakfast table included: apples, coffee, the, very sweet apple juice, another kind of juice, water, bad looking biscuits and sandwiches ready for take away which is very convenient. The sandwiches were vegetarian and with ham but I couldn’t say which was what I had to ate it to discover the surprise. Overall it’s a good place to stay on a budget in one of the main city streets. Very central, nice customer service. I would eventually booked it again
