My family and I have been coming here the past 5 years since my son goes to University of the Pacific. The people here have made our stay so welcoming and easy. Brian at the front desk is always so nice to us. Brian makes sure that we have what we need and always willing to help. Diana in the dining is awesome. Diana is very hospitable, super nice and very helpful. Rosie was very helpful when we had our family gathering at their executive lounge. Angelica at Starbucks is always so helpful. I recommend staying at the Hilton Stockton. The people here are awesome!

The Hilton Stockton is a very nice hotel! Everything was very clean, quiet, and the beds are super cozy. Brian at the front desk is a sweetheart and was so helpful and kind! He took care of all of our needs with a smile. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, nice bathrooms, and good drinks/food at the bar. The Starbucks in the main lobby had tasty coffee as well. Trina checked me out and was an absolute delight to deal with. Her warm personality and polite charm made my stay at the hotel that much better. Highly recommend checking out this hotel for your next stay!

We had amazing customer service from check in throughout our week long stay. We can’t thank Jennifer enough for all her help guiding us through our week long of event planning. Several banquet meals and they were the best we’ve had! Very clean rooms and wonderful staff.

Even though the hotel was booked to near capacity, partially due to the NCAA Div. II Women's Golf Tournament at Brookside CC, Henry worked with me to get a room near my daughter's golf team. Following a change of travel plans, he exchanged my reserved room for a beautiful king suite with a window view of the canal. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was excellent and the hotel was classy and worth the money.

Our stay here was one of the best our family ever had. The hotel was beautiful. The front office manager Trina gave the best customer service We ever experienced. She was very helpful and got us a room with the best view of the canal. The breakfast buffet in the morning was one of the best my family ever had.
