Even though the hotel was booked to near capacity, partially due to the NCAA Div. II Women's Golf Tournament at Brookside CC, Henry worked with me to get a room near my daughter's golf team. Following a change of travel plans, he exchanged my reserved room for a beautiful king suite with a window view of the canal. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was excellent and the hotel was classy and worth the money.

Our stay here was one of the best our family ever had. The hotel was beautiful. The front office manager Trina gave the best customer service We ever experienced. She was very helpful and got us a room with the best view of the canal. The breakfast buffet in the morning was one of the best my family ever had.

We checked into this hotel for my sons Graduation. This hotel is close to the University of the Pacific. The room looks modern and new and was very clean. Trina gave us some dinner recommendation's around the area but she convinced us that the restaurant at the hotel had a new dinner menu that's becoming very popular, She was right! highly recommend staying here for family.

Many thanks and ***** to Brian Henry and Gus who helped me out of a cellphone dilemma! These three kind gentlemen helped reset my cell phone (to brighter) just when I needed it to set an early alarm. And Brian took care of that as well. We will definitely come back for a visit!

Henry checked us in and was very helpful. He helped me with my future reservation as well as my current. Very friendly and professional. Hilton is the only place we stay when we come to Stockton to visit my daughter in college. Also the hotel is beautiful!!
