booked and paid online when i got to hotel i was told i never made a reservation and was charged full price on top of what i already paid online 400+ dollars and the heat doesn’t even work

It rained while I was in town, and the hotel did not provide or sell umbrellas. Meanwhile, the arena next door was featuring events each night, which made parking complicated. The room was perfectly fine, thought the desktop showed signs of wear. The laundry room hadn't been cleaned in a long time and there was lint all over the floor. The hotel was okay, but I was hoping for better, and unfortunately the neighborhood is depressed and filled with homeless people in tents.
