I booked for a night stay and when we checked in at 9:PM we had given a room but only to find out that the room is smelly and dirty, nasty place, not ready for new occupants, I went back to the counter and asked for another room, they gave us a new room but its the room they gave us is the same as the previous room. I went back to the counter again and asked them to give us a refund but they say they don't giver refunds. This is a scam! Please don't book in this hotel. You'll regret it. I never get refunded!

The toilet did not work and the TV did not work and the coffee pot didn't work and they changed a 50 dallaer deposit

Its overall DINGY. Not just old & rundown, the rooms look like they don't get cleaned.
(Unswept floor, hair in shower). There's always items missing in rooms. Such as no blanket, no towels, no remote or broken heater. I've had to stay here a few times because I needed a place to stay. Its the cheap place if you're desperate for a bed out of the elements.

The door to my room looked like it had been kicked in. It would not close securely and I had to push the chair under the door knob to secure it for the night. There was a smashed roach still on the wall and the bedding had stains on them. There was also. Stench coming from the bathroom. I know you get what you pay for but really?!?!

There where noises all night keeping me up the front door was not secure was very loose paint peeling off the walls floor was dirty shower knob was extremely outdated needed repairs tv did not work I requested a remote she didnt have one I wanted to leave but it was already paid for with no refund

For most people they might not like the budget in but you know I've been in Stockton most of my life and Budget inn is like one of the best places to go stay at they will actually take care of what you need to be taken care of it on on the time you're supposed to be taken care of so enjoy your stay have a nice night take your shower go across the street get you guys some dinner if everything right there in that little area
