Stockton Hotels with Airport pickup service

Room was nice enough but this was my second stay here and the AC in my room didn't work again. I'll give them one more shot but I need AC in the summer.

I love visiting this hotel. I always have a wonderful time at this hotel when I visit the area. The staff is always friendly and the room is always very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the water view. The food was fantastic, I will be back when I visit the area again, it is a great place to relax and refresh yourself.

I came to Stockton to visit family after the Holidays. My family and I were very impressed. The customer service was amazing, everything was well maintained, and our room was organized and clean. I definitely recommend booking since the deals are great and on budget. Overall great experience no issues at all, now I know which hotel to stay at when I come visit!

This hotel room is very small with no microwave a very small mini fridge that keeps shutting itself off. So my food went bad twice. The kept sending the maintenance man to do the same thing and I was told to press a green button in the tiny fridge in order for my food to stay cold. Come on I'm at the Hilton this motel has over all disappointed me I will not return. Ms givens

Horrible hotel. got there they could not work the credit card, I offered another one, they could not accepted because I put the the one that did not go through in the Expedia reservation. I paid in cash and when I went into the room it was disgusting, the bed was wrinkled like someone slept there and they only fix the comforter, to pretend it was cleaned up, TV did not work at all. We went to the front desk and requested to be change to a better room. The woman in the front said that was the best room. I requested to be reimbursed my money to go somewhere else. She told me she could not give me back my money because she had no authority from the Manager. She called the manager and he said he will call me the next day to reimburse my money . I left and this was on 8/19. Today is 8/23 and I have not hear anything. I will be going in person tomorrow, and see if I can recover my 200.00 I paid for the room I could not stay at all.

We had a fast check-in and were glad that covid protocols were being followed. We had a large room with modern decor and comfortable bed and furniture, but dim lighting. There was a small minifridge with freezer. The sink area was separate from the toilet/shower room. The sink area was very dimly lit, making it impossible to put on makeup. There was very little counter space, so getting ready in the morning was not a good experience. The shower head was good. No free breakfast was offered, but we could buy overpriced items. There are many fast food retaurants within a couple of miles to get breakfast. For the price we paid, this hotel was not a good value.

Check-in was less than welcoming — do you have a reservation, what's your name, where's your ID, here's your key. Heck, start with ”welcome to the Residence Inn” so I don't feel like I'm inconveniencing you by walking into your lobby. There was no bedding for the pull-out sofa and the kitchen looked fine — at first. I was tying my shoes and looked across the room only to see eggshells under the counter with a thick layer of dirt. Gross. With all the Marriott post-COVID ”we're super-clean” messaging, it's more than a little disconcerting. I'll be traveling to Stockton a lot over the next few years, so I guess I'll find somewhere else to stay despite my BONVOY membership.
