Travelodge Stafford M6

Lovely clean room , comfy big bed and lovely green space around the service station to sit and relax. Nothing to complain about and a big shout out to the lady on the desk called Manda who was very smiley ,very efficient at check-in and welcoming and cheered me up after a very long and arduous drive.

Great location as is accessible both north and south bound of M6. Accessible via a little service road across the motorway from the village of Stone. Parking available with EV chargers. Budget friendly rooms - all that you need for a place to sleep!

Lovely overnight stay in a very picturesque setting which was unexpected for a motorway services, good choice of eateries with lovely spaces outside to eat overlooking the lovely lake

We’d booked on the app but arrived late in the evening, tired after a long drive. Manda was on reception and gave us a friendly welcome, nothing was too much trouble and she gave us a choice of rooms. The double room was a nice size, clean and welcoming. We heard no traffic noise at all and we enjoyed a good nights sleep We’d use this Travelodge again to break future journeys heading north

We stayed at this Travelodge Hotel during a recent family break for half term. The service from all the staff was amazing, especially Amanda, who checked us in and provided ongoing help during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and she kindly made us feel very welcome. The room was nice and clean, spacious and comfortable which helped our rest after a few days of fun activities at Alton Towers. Highly recommended and we look forward to staying there again soon. Well done to all the team there!

Comfortable bed in a clean room with everything I needed for an overnight stay. This was a welcome break on my journey north.

Great location for access to Alton Towers. Simple accommodation at the clean and tidy. With places to eat on site. Great value for money with free parking.

Conveniently located Travelodge within a 45 minute drive from Alton Towers. The hotel is clean and well kept and the staff are friendly. The room was spacious and quiet with a nice view of the lake behind the hotel which made a nice space to walk around in the morning before checkout. Visitors travelling to Alton Towers should consider this hotel as it is a very affordable option.

Stopped off here before, clean and comfortable place to stay as a stop over or as a base, will stay again as necessary
