The gentleman behind the front desk by far exceeded every expectation that possibly could have been met
I walked in with pizzas and then came back downstairs and he had the plates that I was going to ask for in his hand ready for me as if he knew I was coming. I have to admit that was pretty awesome.
I want to say thank you to the whole staff, but they went above and beyond excellent people

The bed was uncomfortable - room was dirty - I would have packed up instead of staying but we are from out of town and had no choice to stay and drive up in the morning . Staff was great but the ambience of the rooms was subpar. Felt like a motel rather than a hotel.

This property was safe, quiet and clean. We were able to check in early which made our day so much easier. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They even had a complimentary hot cocoa bar set up which was so cute!

A clean and comfortable place to spend the night. Friendly, helpful staff. Bonus: The hotel keeps a rack of books and magazines near the front desk, from which customers may take or donate something to read. Great idea! I wish more hotels did this. I borrowed a very interesting book for the night.

The overall stay was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and nice. I enjoyed the Lobby/Eating Area where they had a fire place and 24/7 Coffee and hot chocolate. It was a nice place to sit and relax outside of your room.

My girlfriends and I had a great time! I was celebrating my birthday and the hotel was a great choice. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable! I was excited to see that there was a refrigerator and microwave in our room! The staff was friendly and welcoming!

We were there for one night. The hotel was clean comfortable and offered a decent breakfast. We loved their hot cocoa bar! We recommend them.
