Cozy rooms. Very clean. The staff is very nice. Staff also named best locations to eat and things to do around the area. Mary and Bruce are very helpful. I’ll be back to stay. Showers are very hot. Breakfast was fresh and filling. They have a variety of things you can munch on the go or stay and eat.

The staff is always very helpful, I just love Mary,Chyane, Agi, and Corey all go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during your stay with them. The owner Bruce is very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast is the best in town, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I will always stay here while in Storm Lake IA.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The manager, Only, was so very accommodating and nice! The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast hit the spot!

There was NO Hotwater in our room. So after a full day of driving - we got ice cold showers. We had a room at the end of the hallway and the door is super loud and slammed shut all night long creating a non-sleeping room due to the loud slams. The room was super clean.

Staff is good, room was clean and kept so. Cookies! I require more than 1 wash cloth at a time. Solid parking arrangement. Boot brushes are good. Hot water ran out, hotel was full and I got done working late.
