Used mattresses in-between properties. Also cable TV should have whats on guide to view. Shower head needs to be more adjustable. Bathroom lights need to fully turn off.

Would have booked a much cheaper hotel. It seemed as though they were cleaning up from a flood of some sort - the hot tub was not working, the entire lobby and dining area was unbelievably humid. A fire alarm went off at 3 am and no one said a word - it simply kept beeping until finally it quit. Asked for a receipt at the front desk when leaving and was told that we booked through ******* so they would be the ones sending me a receipt. Motel 6 would be an upgrade!

The room was dirty. Definitely wasn’t vacuumed. There were webs and bugs on the mirrors around the jacuzzi. Told front desk and they offered another room next to that room. At this point neither of us felt comfortable to even stay. We accepted our only option and moved. Unfortunately this room was only slightly cleaner and we found little red bugs on the bedding so we left. We were denied a refund as well.

My room was dirty. Toothpaste splattered on the mirror trim. The wall corners of the carpet were not vacuumed. The wall light sconces were very dusty& the desk phone as well dirty.

It’s clean and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is in a safe location. It would be great if the breakfast featured more gluten free options. Basically there were some hard boiled eggs, fruit and yogurt. However, that’s not unusual and we would stay here again.

The door to our room could not be dead-bolted due to the placement of the door hardware. This was a safety concern for me.
