We could not fault the warm welcome of all staff and their helpfulness, but it was disappointing that there was a noisy heating system and a really poorly cooked breakfast. It was overcooked and dried out. Staff were very helpful providing gluten free options.

I’ve been staying at the Premier Inn in Stourbridge for 2-3 nights a week for the past 2 years through work, I always have a warm welcome and smile for the staff especially Maz whom is very professional and always asks if I’ve had a nice day. Never had any problems in this hotel. Clean, great air con in the summer and very quite. Food is good in the Brewers next door and Stourbridge high street is a short walk away. I could not recommend this hotel enough. Great place to stay for work or leisure

We stay here at least three times a year for a few days as a base to catch up with various family members. The staff are always so chatty, helpful & welcoming to us both & make us feel so relaxed. This also goes into the Brewers Fayre next door where all the staff are amazing friendly also. The rooms we have stayed in are always spotless & tidy as they should be. We couldn’t stay anywhere else as we love the place. It’s close to the town centre where there are plenty of lovely places to eat & drink (I’d recommend the Soffio Lounge & Bombay Pickle, they are amazing) Shout out to Maz on reception, we had a good natter whilst I was there, lovely lady!

Waited 12 mins at desk for someone to arrive, eventually showed up, was told straight away that was busy/on own. I wasnt rude, explained that had to be at a function, asked for key, thrown at me, and told thank u for my patience. Customer relations wouldnt offer me a refund.

Really rather good. I had read mixed reviews but it's smashing! Genuinely warm greeting on arrival, lovely staff, neat tidy and clean room on the second floor and a cracking breakfast the next morning. Nicely kept, quiet and fault free. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Excellent service and attentive staff. Especially Kayleigh on reception. Very friendly and met all needs! Easy parking and Brewers Fayre on site makes for easy dining after a long day's work. Rooms clean, ample car parking which is becoming a rarity!

Had an amazing time here staff were very attentive especially Kayleigh went above and beyond to make our stay perfect bed was amazing very comfortable the bath was awesome very deep so a a luxurious bubble bath would definitely recommend this hotel has a brewers fare practically next door with an all inclusive breakfast for £9.99 recommend this great start to the day

I used to stay here alot when working in the area. Unfortunately it is getting more and more run down. I only stay here when i can't get anywhere else for the same budget. Last stay was for a week and couldn't get shhets changed despite asking and being reassured that this would happen, i even offered to do it my self. This time was only for a coulle of nights but there was no plug in the sink and the room had really bodge repairs to it. There was aload of rubbish dumped behind the place. its not what i expect for over a £100 per night

Quiet room for a change and bed good. Arrived 2230hrs, no reception person to be found. Waited 15 minutes. Then advised the joined pub / bar would not sell liquids or solid refreshment. Worse than poor. Breakfast. Hot food was paid for. Offered like war pre cooked rubbish via a Ban Marrie self pick n sneeze pigs tough. Not the freshly cooked food served on a hot plate as paid for. Until these cheap pratts learn, GO SOME WHERE WHERE YOU DO GET SERVED FOOD AS IT SHOULD BE! Chris 121
