Check in a breeze! Price spot on and breakfast filling. Our room spacious and the bed beyond comfortable.

Horrific Stay!! We actually had to check out at 2am because the fire alarm went off 9 times after 11pm. The guy at the front desk was unapologetic to everyone who had concerns as to why this was happening. Upon packing up we discovered fecal matter on the comforter. Place was filthy and in poor condition. The hallway floor on the 3rd floor had soft spots that felt like you were walking on a trampoline.

The room wasn’t clean when I got there. When they did clean it, they never cleaned the countertops. The beds were completely average and the ac/heater did not work like they should.

Front desk staffs were very professional and friendly. Elevators and outside area were not clean. Overall stay was okay. It would not be a repeat place for me.

Had to wait for desk clerk to check in and received no greeting at all. King sheets didn't fit and I had to keep moving through the night so I wouldn't be sleeping on the exposed mattress. Also, breakfast was pretty limited.

There was trash in the ****s surrounding the parking area. We have been staying at this property for more than 20 years and have watched it slide downhill. It badly needs renovation. The desk service was unfriendly; one clerk almost didn't give us a bottle of water on request, even though we were staying there for 4 nights. And the breakfast, with its processed food and plastic bowls and utinsels has forced us to seek breakfast elsewhere.
