When we arrived at the hotel the first night. We were checking in and asked if we had a fridge in the room and was told by the staff we have an event going on and the earliest a fridge would be put in the our room was Tuesday. This part of the amenities. There is still no housekeeping during your stay. You have to ask for towels and cups for your room and hope they get delivered. There were 2 elevators not working out of 3. The hotel was able to get the second one running in days. The 3rd was down for a week and half. Our room key turn off after 7 days we were there for 13 nights. The hotel staff told me that the reason the card didn't work was due to Bluetooth interference. The funny thing is i had the badge for my office with me and nothing happened to it. They had some sort of mattress topper and it was uncomfortable. I would get up each morning with a stiff back. This hotel has gone down hill in the last two years. On the morning we were leaving I went down and got a cart. We loaded everything we could and went down to load our suv. I went back to do a final check and as I was walking towards our room I noticed the door was ajar. The housecleaning staff was already cleaning the room and we hadn't checked out. This is unacceptable and checkout is not until 10:00 AM. I explained to the desk and was credited half a night. Which fine but doesn't solve the rest of the issues. We will not be staying there again.

The room at the ground floor behind the reception was clean, however, very dark. What did not disturb us for a night. Unfortunately, the pool was not yet in operation. A small breakfast is offered that is still a bit expandable but sufficient. In itself it is really ok for a night.
