Sono stata sta mattina solo per fare colazione e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Il personale è super gentile e molto accogliente (specialmente beppe in sala),così come l'albergo. Il buffet era veramente molto pieno e ricco di cibo e tutto quello che ho provato è stato molto buono. Penso che ci ritornerò presto!

Ho soggiornato con mia famiglia in questo bellissimo hotel per la Pasqua 2024. Abbiamo trovato il tempo brutto ma siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro viaggio proprio per la bellezza e il confort che offre questo hotel. Qui siamo circondati dagli arredi stile Liberty di materiale pregiato. È incredibile come sono tutti ben conservati! La colazione è ottima. Viene servita dai camerieri attenti e simpatici. Ho usifruito anche la loro piscina interna. Sembra di nuotare in una grotta con la bella atmosfera mistica. I forti getti d'acqua mi hanno fatto rinascere! Ringrazio tutti personali dell'Hotel Regina Palace per il soggiorno indimenticabile!

Hotel che vive dei lustri passati, ancora oggi si presenta con atmosfere retró, dal profumo primi 900 secolo scorso ove ha vissuto momenti di grande risalto. Dall'arredamento molto Barocco,accostato a tessuti pregiati e drappeggi. Una ampia e importante scala centrale all'ingresso denota sfarzositá. Servizio adeguato con personale attento,cortese e disponibile. Camere ben curate pulite,la mia poco generosa con gli spazi. Ristorante e bar ben tenuti e all'altezza dell'hotel. Offre anche una bellissima spa con servizi estetici dedicati alla cura del corpo. Consigliato ai nostalgici.

Beautiful ole hotel, with charming interior and feeling of a time-travel. The hotel really is worth a visit but is maybe in need of slight upgrade. We went there in November, and the off-season timing gave our visit an additional plus: everything was quiet apart from some sounds of renovation. The hotel might not be perfectly comfortable, but it’s something you will remember.

This is by far my favourite hotel I've ever been to. It is in a great position overlooking the lake and has lots of beautiful old features. It is also a short walk to the station and the ferry port allowing for plenty of day trips. The indoor pool is warm and there is also a steam room, sauna and ice shower. We went half board and got a selection of 3 course evening meals which were all delicious and the service was great. Despite not getting a lake view room we had a stunning view of the outdoor pool and gardens framed by the mountains. There were also robes and slippers provided. We had a late flight but reception gave us extra keycards allowing us to use the indoor pool and changing rooms even though we had checked out. Couldn't recommend more.

Place to be. Améliorer la propreté de la chambre, tv indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing. Cartes magnétiques d'accès aux chambres qui se désactivent sans cesse, très désagréable de devoir passer plusieurs fois par jours.
Belle piscine couverte.
