It's very comfortable and nice. It's like staying in a palace. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. The restaurant inside is also delicious. The price is not expensive, only 1,000 per person. The spa inside is very good.

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per un weekend fuori porta sul lago Maggiore. Per noi questa è la seconda volta in questo hotel..che dire tutto perfetto dalla cortesia disponibilità e gentilezza del personale super attento alle esigenze del cliente, dall ottima pulizia e cura in ogni dettaglio interno ed esterno all hotel, una spa molto curata e per noi è il fulcro di un'esperienza qui al Grand hotel con tanto di percorso benessere appropriato, una colazione super che nel corso del tempo è ancora di più notevolmente cambiata con novità e squisitezze. Il top in ogni sua forma. Ritorneremo volentieri e lo consigliamo vivamente.

The best of several lovely historic hotels on the promenade. The hotel is a living gallery that feels like stepping into a bygone era of pure decadence. The bar, breakfast room and concierge area are a real step back in time. Rooms with balconies are spectacular. Lovely staff.

Tra il 2023 e 2024 sono stato per tre volte presso questo Grand Hotel dove soggiornai la prima volta nel 2016. Due volte all'anno devo recarmi nella vicina Svizzera per una tre giorni professionale ma da quando conobbi questa splendida struttura preferisco alloggiare qui anziché in territorio elvetico, percorrendo ogni giorno poche decine di chilometri di autostrada andata e ritorno. Molte le peculiarità che fanno di questa struttura un luogo di indubbia eccellenza, ma una cosa per la quale meriterebbe soggiornare in questo Grand Hotel è la colazione del mattina sulla grande terrazza/giardino di fronte al lago. Durante i miei annuali tre giorni di soggiorno, attendo veramente quasi con ansia il mattino per recarmi a colazione. Per quanto riguarda tutto il resto, un 5 stelle L più che meritato.
