Hotel with great location, next to Lake and ferry terminal. During checkin the receptions took IDs and told to come later to get them back which is unacceptable. Also no information on additional access to pool, had to ask myself after finding on the hotel website. Lot of bars and restaurants even in the same building. Tasty breakfasts, the best crossaints I had in Stresa. The downside is also poor maintenance of rooms, slow WiFi, AC control panel was very old and simply AC wasn't working. Bed very soft which is uncomfortable and unhealthy. If the price is attractive I would stay again but the standard is similar to 2 star hotels nearby.

Lovely hotel, excellent location a few steps from the town and the Alibus from Milan Malpense stops right outside (be sure to prebook Alibus and be ready in plenty of time, they don’t hang around!) Booked a lake view room requested a quiet room on high floor with a bath. They gave us exactly that, excellent views, clean, comfortable and a beautiful chandelier. Nice breakfast selection with coffee and tea brought to the table, scrambled egg, bacon, and cold selection. Eating it in breakfast room with a view of the lake was a treat. The staff go out of their way to make you feel special, providing us with a breakfast bag for our early departure and even offering a tea or coffee as we waiting for our bus at 6am. Make sure you find time for a swim or just to check out the lobby at the Regina Palace too.

Great location by the lake. Across from ferry, multiple restaurant and bars within metres. Rooms are oldie worldly all functional. Stayed with a group so experienced 4 other rooms. Some bigger than others (triple room massive) Rooms with baths. Very Clean and room service everyday. No water in room or fridge. No kettle. You can get room service. Breakfast warm option eggs and bacon rest usual continental affair. Staff wonderful and attentive. Fantastic view of lake. Bar and restaurant on site. There a mezzanine to just sit and chill if you don’t fancy staying in your room. Free parking about 100 M away. Would stay again.

Wir waren als auswärtige Gäste im Restaurant des Hotels essen und sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Es waren gleich drei Kellner für uns da. Das Essen war sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Die Kellner waren sehr aufmerksam. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Accueil chaleureux, chambre très bien, déco chic - kitsch à souhait limite rococo ! Petit déjeuner complet (leur oeufs brouillés , un vrai régal !), literie confortable, et salle de bain qui dispose d'un bidet.... so italian !!! Bref que du bon !
