It was very good location. The breakfast was not that good, pretty simple options. There was an issue with the payment that the sir in the reception was not helpful, and made us pay the room even though I payed with trip already. He was not nice, but trip costume sirvice was amazing and I got refunded.

Simple but effective. Inexpensive hotel in a very good location in Stresa (right in the center with the lake and 1 large car park in less than 1 minute). The breakfast is also simple, but very good. The reception staff were very pleasant. Quite a bit of work going on in the hotel, but not bothersome. And the bedding is great. The only downside was that it was very hot in the room because the heating was on full blast and we couldn't adjust it.

Avoid like the plague! After checking in there was a damp mouldy smell from the lift up until our room which was already a bit sus. My partner went to bed early while I showered. Upon getting into the warmed up bed we spotted something on the pillow. Bed bug!! Big juicy bed bug. Turned the light on and we found 4 or 5 more.. even on the walls. We was too horrified to even attempt to pull back the sheets. We packed our bags and left straight away. Reception appeared confused/unfazed and kept checking the photos we took as if it was fabricated, as if they wasn't aware of a complete infestation. Not even an apology, They offered us another room but in this scenario it probably means the whole hotel is infested. we requested a refund instead and gtfo of there. To be fair they gave a refund instantly, maybe due to me being able to speak italian. Had a non native speaker tried to explain the situation they might have been more hesitant to issue the refund. I'm embarrassed and ashamed of finding such an awful hotel in my home country.

Very convenient hotel for boarding access and proximity to the center of Stresa and all restaurants and services. Rooms discreet, bathroom definitely in need of renovation. Breakfast is not bad in terms of quality and choice, but the room is really a bit depressing. Overall price adequate for the offer.

The hotel's location is excellent. However, the same cannot be said about the beds (small and somewhat uncomfortable). One detail about the closet, you have to be very tall to hang something from the bar. As for breakfast, it has little variety. I recommend it only to spend one night, not for a long stay.

The only positive note is the location, otherwise it is an old and poorly maintained building. In the photo one of the many cockroaches that kept us company during the first night. Mediocre breakfast. The staff is certainly helpful, but the eye certainly wants its part too.

Absolutely avoid. Not worthy of the hotel offer in the area, and Stresa in particular. Small rooms, bordering on claustrophobia. Tiny bathroom. Breakfast room of an inadequate size for the number of rooms, chaotic and super-crowded, grumpy and unfriendly wait staff. Poor and approximate breakfast quality. At 8:30 on Saturday morning I had to wait more than half an hour to check out because "there is no manager". Value for money non-existent.
